VINTAGE KOTOBUKI S.FRANCISCO MADE>JAPAN SUSHI PLATTER + DIPPING BOWL Bamboo Dsgn

Description

This wonderful KOTOBUKI, S. SAN FRANCISO Sushi platter and dipping bowl was discovered with no other pieces.... but who could pass them up!!  The RECTANGULAR shapes and FAUX BAMBOO edging have a retro look that is always sought after!!  And the colors!!  Deep lime green with brown edging is beyond FAB!  And if you look closely, there is a subtle plaid pattern beneath the glaze on the platter. GADS!   The shallow serving platter measures 8 1/4" x 5 5/8". Small dipping bowl measures 2 3/8" x 3 1/4" with a deeper 1 5/8" depth necessary to hold wonderful sauces! Both pieces are raised up with rectangular "legs" similar to Japanese planters.  The original gold

label remains on the small bowl, with both appearing as near NEW as vintage pieces can be!!
