    Description

    This auction is for a very nice pair of vintage Guide Brand 4 5/8" chrome Fog Lamps # 2004-a  with cast iron mounting brackets. These lights while probably a General Motors accessory of the day will fit many vintage cars, trucks, Chevrolet, Ford, Chrysler and others, rat rods or hot rods. Maybe even some early motorcycles. The cast iron brackets that come with these lights look like they attached to the front bumper irons but could easily be adapted for different mounting arrangements. The chrome light bodies are in nice shape with only a few minor imperfections , glass lenses, rings, reflectors and mounting brackets are also very nice. They have the original wiring and the insides are clean and currently have working 6 volt bulbs with removeable snap on black V shields that point the light down. Could be replaced with 12 volt bulbs for a later installation. Definitely hard to find in this original condition.
