    This very rare plate was made by Shenango Pottery for Pure Oil Company.  I have searched the internet and could not find this plate or any reference to it.  The condition is excellent, measures 9" and under the PURE logo there is "CONSULE! - INDE AGE!"  Please note there are 3 stilt marks on the back of the plate from placement in the kiln.
