We will not mark merchandise values below actual value or mark items as 'gifts'. US and International government regulation prohibits such behavior.

Transactions
Payment for all transactions is expected within 8 days. If you need to cancel your order, please email us a cancellation request before shipment. We will do our best to cancel your order, but are unable to guarantee that we can cancel it once it has been set up for shipment.
Shipping
We reserve the right to choose the shipping company that will deliver your purchase in the agreed upon time. Additional charges may apply for Hawaii, Alaska, and International orders. All orders require a physical address to ship to.
Returns
All returns must be pre-authorized via phone or email. Read the listing before purchasing; if you have any questions, contact us by email. Items with free shipping returned for refund will be refunded minus our actual postage/shipping costs (no handling fee on free shipping). Shipping and Handling costs cannot be refunded unless there was an error made by the shipper. Returns after 30 days are not accepted.
Items with Free Shipping that are returned are subject to a stocking fee equal to our shipping costs.
