Offered is a rarely encountered high end shotgun bore brush in 12 gauge and with an ebony handle. This is the type such as found with high end 19th -20th century English shotguns. It is marked ‘G&J. W. Hawksley’ & ‘12’, and the last/finest of this type I will be listing.
The pictures I’ve included of tools with firearms are to reflect examples of how these tools were paired. This tool is original and intact and a perfect complement to an exquisite percussion firearm, kit of an antique gunsmith, or collector.
