    Description

    Antique Greek Icon St. Demetrios slaying Tsar Kaloyan. Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
    This is an original oil painting directly on wood, inherited from my Mother (deceased).   Family records show that it was a 19th century piece, purchased for ,750, likely 10 or 20 years ago, but it is unclear exactly when.
    Approx. 11" x 15" x 3/4"
    NOTE: I had included more information here about this item, citing references on the internet, but ebay flagged me for doing this.  Seemed harmless but that's how the bots work!  Anyway, if you are looking at this item you likely know all about it's significance.
