    Description

Hello and thanks for taking a look at my 1971 Honda CB750. It’s been in the family since 1974 when my dad bought it from a friend who purchased it new. He was selling it to buy a new AMF Harley Davidson – surely he had no idea how terrible of a mistake that would be ! I Acquired it from my Dad where it sat outside for awhile so I stripped it, sandblasted and powder coated the frame and swing arm. Rebuilt front forks, rear adjustable shocks, triple tree from a 74 with corresponding gauges. Did a top end rebuild with a 2nd over piston kit from Cyclex and had Don over at Precision Cycle in Orlando FL hone the cylinders and rework the head. 200 miles since engine overhaul. Ignition system is a power arc, turn key electric start or kick it over. The power arc ignition is wired so that you can adjust the timing advance with a flip of a switch depending on fuel and environmental conditions. Simplified wiring harness mounted under the carbs that runs the LED headlight, tail light and brake light. Carbs are synced with 120 mains. I sent them into Cyclex for ultrasonic cleaning. Cycle x 2 into 1 exhaust with no baffles, sounds sweet. Drilled front rotor from Cyclex and I rebuilt the caliper as well. All new cables, chain, brakes, clutch and even an AGM battery. Pretty much everything on the bike is new or rebuilt; I’ve put an absurd amount of time and effort into this machine. It needs some cosmetic odds and ends to be perfect - paint, side covers. The only reason I’m selling it is because I just don’t ride it. I’d much rather take the 911 out or the dirtbike to go ride some trails. I’m just trying to clean out the garage of the toys I don’t use. It's a super fast bike so definitely don't recommend for a beginner. Includes carb syncing tool, extra spark plugs and tons of various spare parts. I’ve only ever run 93 octane ethanol free gas in this blaster. Will come with a fresh oil change and valve adjustment so it’s ready to rip for the next owner. CLEAN CLEAR TITLE. Cheers Links to start and running videos below
